Since its inception, CnS Bangla Foundation, a nonprofit organization in Bangladesh, has been actively working on the ground to assist families affected by floods. As part of its ongoing disaster relief efforts, the foundation has provided crucial food assistance and other emergency services to flood-stricken families.
In August 2024, CnS Bangla Foundation extended its relief efforts to the remote areas of Noakhali, focusing on the communities severely impacted by the floods. A total of 100 families in Bishnupur village (Post Office: Kutub-er-Hat, Union: 9 No. NabiPur, Thana: Senbag) received much-needed food supplies. These supplies helped the families cope with the immediate aftermath of the flood.
Additionally, CnS Bangla Foundation reached out to 90 families, approximately 300 people, taking refuge at the LaharKandi High School shelter (Ramganj, Noakhali), and provided them with essential cooking supplies, including rice, to ensure that they could prepare meals during this challenging time.
