In September 2023, CnS Bangla Foundation, a leading nonprofit organization in Bangladesh, successfully installed its 39th tube well in the remote village of Ujan Teora, located in the Haripur Union, Sunderganj, Gaibandha. This initiative is part of the Clean Drinking Water Project, aimed at providing clean and safe drinking water to communities in need.
Improving Lives with Access to Clean Water
Sathi Begum and her family have long struggled with the lack of access to clean drinking water, residing in the challenging and underserved char (riverine) area. For years, they had to rely on unsafe water sources, putting their health and well-being at risk. With the installation of the tube well, CnS Bangla Foundation has provided Sathi Begum’s family with a reliable source of safe drinking water, improving their living conditions significantly.
