Our History

CnS Bangla Foundation began with a group of dedicated volunteers who wanted to make a difference in their communities. Recognizing the immense challenges faced by the underprivileged in Bangladesh, we began by providing immediate disaster relief and slowly expanded our work to address the long-term needs of communities. What started as a local initiative to support those affected by natural disasters has since grown into a nationwide effort, touching thousands of lives through various programs and initiatives.

We have provided:

– Disaster Response: During major floods and cyclones, we were among the first to arrive with emergency food supplies, shelter materials, and medical aid.
– Clean Water: Our first desalination plant in Satkhira now provides safe drinking water to over 2,500 families in a coastal region heavily affected by water salinity.
– Education: Over 1,000 scholarships have been awarded to children from low-income families, allowing them to continue their education without financial burden.
– Winter Clothing: Thousands of families have been equipped with warm clothing, blankets, and other essentials during the harsh winter months in northern Bangladesh.
– Health Initiatives: We have organized medical camps in remote areas, offering essential healthcare services such as screenings, vaccinations, and general checkups.

With each passing year, we continue to grow and refine our approach, always keeping our focus on sustainable and impactful development.

2. Health Programs

3. Disaster Response

During the holy month of Ramadan and the Eid celebrations, many low-income families struggle to afford basic necessities. CnS Bangla Foundation’s Ramadan & Eid Programs provide food, new clothes, and financial assistance to ensure that these families can celebrate with dignity. These initiatives foster a sense of community and ensure that even the most vulnerable can partake in the joy of these special occasions.
